Managing Menus

Menus are collections of products that customers can order from.

What Is a Menu?

A menu organizes your products into categories that customers see:

  • Pizzas
  • Sides
  • Drinks
  • Desserts

Automatic Syncing

When you update a menu in Butter, it automatically syncs to all your sales channels:

  • Grab — Food delivery
  • GoFood — Food delivery
  • Point of Sale — In-store orders
  • Online Ordering — Your website

This means you only need to update in one place!

A typical menu includes:

  • Categories — Groups of similar products (Pizzas, Drinks, etc.)
  • Products — Items customers can order
  • Modifiers — Customization options for products
  • Prices — What each item costs

Making Changes

When you need to:

  • Add a new product
  • Change prices
  • Remove discontinued items
  • Update availability

Work with your Butter administrator to make these changes in the system.
