Production Logs

When you make produced items at your outlet, you need to log the production to update inventory levels.

What Needs Production Logs

Items you make at your outlet:

• Pizza doughballs
• Pre-made sauces
• Icing or toppings
• Packaged meal prep items

How to Log Production

1. Open Outlet Manager at outlet.butterpos.ai
2. Go to Production Logs
3. Click "New Production Log"
4. Select the item you produced
5. Enter the quantity made
6. Submit the log

Example

Your team makes 20 pizza doughballs in the morning:

1. Open Production Logs
2. Select "Pizza Doughball"
3. Enter quantity: 20
4. Submit

Result: Your pizza doughball inventory increases by 20.

Tips

• Log production as it happens — Don't wait until end of day
• Be accurate with quantities
• Use the correct unit of measure
